We don’t have a traditional front desk like you’d find in a hotel. Instead, we offer self check-in with a smart lock and a key lock box.

Since there’s no lobby, we need to make sure you’re you before you arrive. We’ll ask you to verify your ID and confirm your email address and phone number, so we can send you reservation updates and check-in details.

Check-in is at 3:00 pm, and checkout is 11:00 am. We may be able to accommodate an earlier check-in or later checkout depending on availability.

Finding and Booking a YBA

In addition to the cost of staying in a YBA, we charge standard hotel taxes (based on local laws and regulations), a booking fee as well as a cleaning fee. You will see the full breakdown of your charges before payment.

Please note that we do charge for incidentals, such as damage to the property or furniture. 

Your credit card will be charged for your stay, including taxes and a cleaning fee, when you complete the booking process.

We charge a refundable security deposit for all stays.  The deposit varies per apartment. 

Following your stay, if the space is damaged or house rules are violated, we may deduct from the security deposit.

Contact us if you need to modify the dates of your reservation (subject to availability). 

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will receive a full refund minus the service fee.
  • For cancellations made between 15-29 days in advance of your arrival date, we retain fifty percent (50% ) of the total charges excluding the cleaning fee.  This payment is non-refundable unless you cancel within 48 hours of booking.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, no shows and early check out forfeit all payment.  
  • Bookings made through third party websites may be subject to a different cancellation policy
  • 30 days prior to arrival, we automatically collect the remaining balance, and if this balance isn’t collected then your reservations will be automatically cancelled without any refund.
  • Less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full booking fee is due.

Checking in

We don’t have a traditional front desk like you’d find in a hotel. Instead, we offer self check-in with a smart lock and a key lock box.

Since there’s no lobby, we need to make sure you’re you before you arrive. We’ll ask you to verify your ID and confirm your email address and phone number, so we can send you reservation updates and check-in details.

There’s no need.  Two days before your arrival date, we’ll release secure access codes, to the lock boxes and smart locks with instructions on how to operate.   You will need to check your Personal Guest App.

Parking is available for all listings.  Your parking options include garage, on site or street parking. 

All homes come equipped with high speed WiFi.  

If you have an upcoming stay with us, you can view your WiFi information on Personal Guest App. 

Staying with us

Our house rules are as follows. Please follow these rules to ensure a pleasant stay for both yourself and future guests!

  • No smoking (not even in the balcony/patio)
  • No pets (not even really cute ones)
  • No parties (not even really quiet ones)
  • Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 pm – 8:00 am.
  • For security purposes, we require all guests to provide proof of identification through ID verification on our website. In order to check in, all guests must complete this process. 
  • Check-in time is any time after 3 pm. Check-out time is any time before 11 am. You’re welcome to request an early check-in or late check-out, but this is not guaranteed.
  • Checking out after your stated time may result in additional fees. Any guest who is still in their home  after 12 pm (who hasn’t confirmed a late checkout) will be charged a late check out fee of $75.00.

When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all of our House Rules.

We don’t provide daily housekeeping, but if needed, you can request additional housekeeping for a fee.  

Many of our homes have sleeper sofas and or air mattresses to accommodate extra guests.  The listing will specify if this amenity is available. 
All homes are fully stocked to ensure you have the comforts of home during your stay. This includes bath amenities, towels, linens, coffee and kitchen essentials.
 

Definitely. All kitchens are equipped with plates, mugs, and wine glasses, as well as everyday appliances (coffee maker, toaster), and cookware.

We also provide basic condiments including olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bon appétit!

Nope, we got you covered! All homes come stocked with premium bath amenities.

If you need something replaced, repaired, or restocked during your stay, contact our team via email or text.  

Some requests require that we enter your home, with your permission. It is our policy to always knock and identify ourselves before doing so. There’s no need to wait around or change your schedule, but if you prefer that we arrive at a certain time to meet you in person, let us know.

Please note: Given the current health situation, we have restrictions due to local mandates and limited staffing. We will do our very best to accommodate your request. When possible, we will leave items outside your home.

If you’d like to receive mail and packages during your stay, we highly recommend using a UPS pickup location or an Amazon locker.

We do not have a front desk, so there is no guarantee of someone receiving your package for you if you aren’t around.

COVID-19 Announcement

Your Bed Awaits Guests,

Your health and well being are our top priority. We wanted to share with you the steps we are taking to keep all of our guests and employees safe during these uncertain times.

All of our spaces have keyless entry and lock boxes which limits personal interaction during your stay.

We will maintain our existing high standards of cleanliness and provide additional training to our cleaning partners about appropriate disinfecting techniques.
